1. Chlorhexidine (0.05–0.12%)
- Purpose: Main antiseptic to reduce bacteria in the mouth. It works well for prevention before kissing/oral sex and after.
- What it protects against:
- Bacteria: Broad spectrum — Gram-positive (staphylococci, streptococci) and Gram-negative (gonococci — gonorrhea, chlamydia, ureaplasma, treponema — syphilis, bacteroides).
- Protozoa: Trichomonas.
- Viruses: Limited effect (better against lipophilic ones like herpes in some cases; weaker against many others).
- Fungi: Candida (thrush).
- Key features: Long-lasting action (stays on the mucous membrane). Not the strongest against viruses. May slightly dry the skin with frequent use.
2. Miramistin
- Purpose: Universal antiseptic for STI prevention and hygiene of mucous membranes (mouth, genitals). Works great both before and right after contact.
- What it protects against:
- Bacteria: Gram+ and Gram- (including staphylococci, streptococci, Pseudomonas, E. coli, gonococci, chlamydia, treponema).
- Protozoa: Trichomonas.
- Viruses: Good against complex ones — herpes, HIV (reduces infectivity), hepatitis, etc.
- Fungi: Candida and others (including resistant strains).
- Key features: Very broad spectrum, stimulates local immunity, causes little irritation. One of the best options for emergency STI prevention.
!!! Not available in Serbia — I bring it from Russia.
3. Octenisept (Octenisept)
- Purpose: Modern combined antiseptic (octenidine + phenoxyethanol) for skin and mucous membranes. Suitable for mouth rinsing and genital treatment.
- What it protects against:
- Bacteria: Gram+ and Gram- (including MRSA, chlamydia, mycoplasma, ureaplasma, gonococci).
- Protozoa: Trichomonas.
- Viruses: Herpes, hepatitis B/C, HIV, etc.
- Fungi and yeasts: Candida, Malassezia, and others.
- Key features: Fast action (from 30 seconds to 1–2 minutes), well tolerated, alcohol-free, low risk of resistance. Often diluted for mouth rinsing to reduce the taste.
!!! Available in Serbia. Buy a small bottle and carry it with you — tell your wife it’s for cuts.
General Important Points
- All three products reduce the number of microbes but do not give 100% protection against STIs. The best protection is condoms + regular testing.
- They work on the surface of the mucous membranes by destroying the cell membranes of bacteria and viruses.
- For the mouth, use ready-made solutions (not concentrated) or dilute according to the instructions.

Important rule
If you have any damage to the mucous membranes — herpes (even if the blister is just about to appear), sores on the lips, tongue, or gums, bleeding gums, recent dental work (less than 48–72 hours ago), sore throat, or signs of a cold — it is better to completely skip kissing and oral sex.
The risk of transmitting herpes, HPV, syphilis, and other infections is much higher at this time.
Preparation before the meeting
- Brush your teeth with a soft toothbrush without pressing hard on the gums (to avoid micro-injuries).
- Do not use strong whitening toothpaste right before the meeting — it can irritate the mucous membranes.
at the meeting
- Rinse your mouth with an antiseptic mouthwash. (before kissing — is necessary)
- In my bathroom there is always an antiseptic mouthwash based on chlorhexidine (0.05–0.12 %) and disposable cups. Feel free to use it.
- If the meeting is at your place, use your own mouthwash or ask me for one.
Recommended products:
- Chlorhexidine 0.05–0.12 % (the most effective option).
Additional tips:
- for the best protection you and your partner can use special latex napkins for cunilingus (I have it)
- Avoid foods with strong smells (onion, garlic) before the meeting.
- Drink water — dry mouth makes things less pleasant.
- If you have chronic herpes, warn your partner and use acyclovir/valacyclovir preventively as prescribed by your doctor.
BEFORE SEX
Take a shower right before the meeting
How to wash the penis thoroughly?
If you have foreskin, gently pull it back and wash the head and the inner surface of the foreskin well. This is where smegma (white buildup) usually collects.
Make sure there is no buildup, discharge, or urine residue left on the head, under the foreskin, or in the coronal sulcus.
Wash the scrotum, groin folds, and perineum.
Rinse off all soap thoroughly with clean water — soap residue can irritate your partner.
After the shower, put on fresh clean underwear (preferably cotton).
Important
If you went to the toilet after the shower, be sure to rinse the penis with clean water or wipe it with unscented wet wipes (no alcohol or fragrance).
Very important to man follow it in case of unprotected oral sex — otherwise the service will be unavailable
AFTER SEX
- Urinate as soon as possible — this mechanically flushes possible germs out of the urethra.
- Take a shower and wash the penis, scrotum, and groin area thoroughly.
- Treat the contact area with an antiseptic:
MiraMistin and Octenisept work well against most STIs, including chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas, herpes, and HPV.
You can also use Chlorhexidine 0.05% — but it dries the skin more.
How to treat:
- Generously spray the solution on the head, foreskin (inside and outside), coronal sulcus, frenulum, scrotum, and perineum.
- Wait 3–5 minutes, do not rinse.
- Then you can apply a neutral moisturizing cream to avoid dryness.
Additional measures to reduce risk:
- Using a condom — the most effective barrier method.
- Regular STI testing (at least every 3–6 months if you have an active sex life).
- Vaccination (against hepatitis B and HPV).
Preparation for Rimming (Anilingus) and Prostate Massage
3–4 hours before the meeting:
1. Do not eat anything heavy. It is best to avoid food for at least 2–3 hours. This lowers the risk of discomfort and unwanted surprises.
2. Avoid foods that cause gas (beans, cabbage, soda, milk, etc.).
💡You can drink a little strong tea or take activated charcoal / smecta if you tend to have gas.
Cleansing enema:
Do a small cleansing enema 30–60 minutes before the meeting.
🚫Do not do a full colon wash (deep enema) — it is unnecessary and can disturb the gut flora.
Use an anal enema (100–200 ml volume).
You can buy it at a pharmacy or sex shop.
How to do the enema properly:
Use warm water at body temperature (36–38 °C). Too cold water will cause cramps, too hot water can burn the lining.
Insert the water slowly, without strong pressure.
Hold the water for a couple of minutes (as long as it feels comfortable).
Go to the toilet and empty your bowels.
If needed, you can repeat the procedure 1–2 times until the water comes out clean.
After the enema:
Take a thorough shower
Wash the anus and perineum with warm water and mild neutral soap.
💡You can also use toilet wet wipes (or special intimate wipes) for final cleaning of the folds and entrance to the anus.
✅Dry the skin with a soft towel.
Additional recommendations:
If you have any signs of inflammation, hemorrhoids, or cracks — it is better to postpone these activities

🚫Avoid foods that cause gas (beans, cabbage, soda, milk, etc.).
Cleansing enema (strongly recommended):
- Do a small cleansing enema 30–90 minutes before the meeting. Use an anal bulb syringe (100–250 ml volume). It is sold in pharmacy or sex shop
How to do the enema:
💦Use water at body temperature (36–38 °C). Cold water causes cramps, hot water can burn the lining.
- Lie on your side with knees bent. Insert the water very slowly and without pressure.
Hold the water inside for 3–7 minutes (as long as it feels comfortable).
Go to the toilet and empty your bowels.
- If needed, repeat the process 1–2 times until the water that comes out is clean.
After the enema:
🧼Wash the anus, perineum, and buttocks thoroughly with warm water and mild neutral soap.
✅You can also use toilet wet wipes for final cleaning of the folds and entrance.
Dry the skin well.
💡Tip for more comfort:
30–60 minutes before the meeting, insert a small anal plug. Start with the smallest size and use plenty of lube. This helps relax the sphincter, improves tissue elasticity, and makes penetration more pleasant and safe.
Additional important tips:
✅Use good quality lube (water-based or silicone-based). Apply a lot and add more often.
✅Use strap on only with condom
⛔️If you have any signs of inflammation, hemorrhoids, cracks, pain, or infection — it is better to postpone the strap-on session.
